Refund policy

Returning

To return the goods, you must first inform us about your decision by e-mail or through the official social networks of the online store, our manager will process your request and prompt further actions. Please, a prerequisite for the exchange is 100% novelty of the product. We understand that you may need to try on clothes, please make sure that all items are tried on over underwear and are not damaged as a result of cosmetics or deodorant.

Please send your parcel to Oksa Wear warehouse.
Please allow 5 days to process your return when it arrives at our warehouse.

We do not cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

REFUND POLICY
You will be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

Your returned items will be received within 30 days of your receipt of your original order.

The product(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. For obvious reasons, we do not return items that have been worn, washed, damaged or soiled.
The item(s) must be accompanied by a note with your name and order number. Without your name and order number, we will not be able to process your refund.
All shipping costs must be paid in advance by the customer
FAIR USE
If we notice an unusual pattern of actions with a refund that does not correspond to reality, we may have to deactivate the account and all associated accounts. This includes, but is not limited to:
When we suspect that someone is not just trying on their things, but is wearing them for a long time, and then returns them.

Oksa Wear does not offer exchanges, only store loans or refunds.

If you want to exchange an item for another one, we offer an additional 10% discount in the store. If this option is selected, you will receive an electronic gift card as soon as your refund is processed at our warehouse.

The refund to the store's account is final. Once your store credit is issued, we will not be able to make a refund to your bank account. Items purchased using your store credit can only be refunded to the store's account.

If you want to receive the same item of a different size, you must place a new order. If you received a discount on your original order, it will not be taken into account when you place a new order.

DEFECTIVE GOODS /WRONG GOODS RECEIVED
In the event that there is a problem with your order, please write to us about it and indicate the reason and back up the evidence.

We may not require a return of the item, so do not ship it until we send the instructions/label with free shipping.

RETURNS THE SHIPPING COST
We do not refund the cost of delivery of the returned goods, except in cases when the goods are damaged, defective or there was an administrative error on our part. This does not limit your legal rights to return defective goods.

Sale items:  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt of the item, however, during peak hours it may take up to 5 business days. The refund will take from 1 to 8 business days after processing your refund, depending on the bank/card provider used.
