Do you ship Pole Wear internationally?

Yes we ship internationally! Shipping prices are on our checkout page. Customs charges for international shipping are to be covered on the customers end.

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?

Unfortunately you can only use one promotional code per order. However, you can use a promo code & pay using a gift card.

I can’t apply my sales discount code?

Sale codes can only be applied for the sale period. Codes and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

In sale periods some discount codes will be deactivated.

All Gift cards can of course still be used.

I have entered incorrect shipping address.

It's the customer's responsibility to enter a correct address at the checkout, unfortunately we cannot guarantee we can recall or divert the order once it has been processed, and cannot compensate unless it has been returned to us.

Customs & Import Fees

All orders placed at oksaewear.com are dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Duty is at the discretion of your government please refer to your countries import rates for more information.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Usually the customs you will be charged is worked out as follows:

VAT + Duty + Handling Fee = Customs Fee (Handling fee: This is a processing fee charged by the carriers and varies.)

What happens if I refuse to pay Customs Fees?

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to OKSA WEAR, a return to sender fee & handling fee will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund.

My order has been returned to the sender. What do I do now?

In the case that your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the courier, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order back at our warehouse to arrange your redelivery for an additional postage fee. Any return fees passed on by the courier will also be liable to be paid. Please note that Oksa Wear does not make any profit from these fees and these are applied directly by the courier. In the event that you would prefer a refund for your order, we can process this as soon as your order arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping fee and any return to sender fees applied by the courier. If your order had free shipping applied, the shipping costs paid by Oksa Wear will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that if the return to sender is due to an error made by the courier, you will not be liable for any additional charges and we will reship your items free of charge. 

Where is my order?

Tracking your order has never been simpler and there is no need to contact us.  Open your shipping confirmation email and click the 'TRACK MY ORDER' button to see where your OKSA parcel is.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay.

Can prices on the website be displayed in my country's currency?

Yes, sure. Scroll down any page of our website www.oksawear.com and you will see an icon where you can change the currency in which you want to view Pole Dance wear or pole shoes.

Once you reach the checkout page, items will again appear in US dollars.

Does my Gift Card have an expiry date?

Gift cards purchased from our site expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

What are the care instructions for my new polewear?

To keep your new pole wear looking its best, make sure you follow the care instructions. You will find these on the label and/or in the product description.
